Who is the course for?
This course is for those who want to learn filmmaking and try their hand at the profession of a video maker.
You will learn how to shoot as a director, write scripts and produce your own video.

After the theoretical part of the course, students finish with a set of skills in all phases of video content production: from the raw idea stage to the final credits.
As a result of the practical block, students graduate with a promotional video in their portfolio and the opportunity to visit the set of music videos and commercials for famous artists and brands.

Upon completion students receive a certificate of successful course completion.
Course structure
Theoretical block of the course is held live (through the online platform zoom). For convenience, we create a group chat with students and teacher to share information during the course (notes, additional links and materials, homework, etc.). The group remains accessible with the instructor’s feedback for 6 months after the end of the course.
We place great emphasis not only on theory, but also on practice. Therefore, students of the directing course together with a team of fellow students write scripts, produce and edit videos of their own production for real advertising brands.
The practical part of the course takes place on a film set. Together with the teacher and the students of the cameraman course they shoot a promo reel with a pre-designed script which is approved by the customer. Duration of shooting – up to 10 hours.
Students are trained and shoot their video work using professional HD cameras, light sources and playback equipment.
We also invite artists, actors, dancers, models who will take part in the students’ video work.
